 ‭(Hidden)‬ IT Alert: Campus Solutions/eSTORM maintenance this weekend

PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (eSTORM) maintenance will begin at 8:00 AM Saturday, September 14, 2024 and will last throughout the day.

Services such as Student Center (including registration and bill payment), Faculty Center, My SWIC Share, Forgot Your ID/Password, Class Search, Transcript Processing, Online Orientation and Student Surveys will not be accessible.

Brightspace and email will remain available.

If you cannot resolve your issue using the Login Help page or through InfoShareHelp@swic.edu, live Help is available Monday-Wednesday from 6 a.m. - 9 p.m., Thursday from 4 a.m. - 9 p.m., Friday from 6 a.m. - 8 p.m., and Saturday 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. by calling 618-222-SWIC (7942) (Limited email support is available on Sunday).

NOTE: Please have your employee login ID ready before calling. If a Help representative is busy helping another client, leave your name, employee login ID, and phone number. Your call should be returned within the hour, depending on call volume. At the latest your call will be returned the next business day.

Help at 618-222-SWIC is limited. Technical questions and issues other than InfoShare.swic.edu or eSTORM cannot be addressed. Any SWIC-related needs that cannot be addressed immediately will be forwarded to the appropriate SWIC representative who will contact you the next business day.
